If the access to building ceilings needs to be protected against fire or smoke, Franzen offers the THF T90-1 RS fire resistant ceiling flap. It offers the only fire protection closure approved in Germany for horizontal installation.

Single-leaf fire-resistant ceiling flap T90-1 RS

The single-leaf fire-resistant ceiling flap Franzen THF offers T90 fire protection approved by the building authorities and therefore offers optimum fire protection for horizontal installation. Additional to fire protection, the fire-resistant ceiling flap can be equipped with smoke protection in accordance with DIN 18095.

Combinable with smoke protection

In addition to fire protection, the ceiling damper can also be fitted with smoke protection in accordance with DIN 18095, which further increases safety in the event of a fire.
