As soon as the passage of building ceilings has to be secured against fire or smoke, Franzen has the right solution: The fire protection - Franzen THF ceiling flap protects with the only fire protection closure approved in Germany for horizontal installation.

This fire-resistant ceiling flap is exclusively equipped with fire protection T90 approved by the building authorities and thus offers optimum fire protection for horizontal installation.

The ceiling flap can additionally be equipped with smoke control according to DIN 18095. This further increases safety in case of fire.

The locking and opening aid, which is matched to the respective dead weight of the ceiling flap, reliably ensures easy, safe closing and opening of the flap.
